June 27, Sunday will be the Anniversary of the park. A newly constructed Garden Crypt, the (6 Lots) Presidential Court and the Bone Crypt Outside-Chapel will be shown to the public. There will also be some lots with 5% discount promo and raffle prizes to be drawn for those who will buy or make full downpayment.

By July, there will be a 5% increase on the prices of all lots and the interment fee will become PhP 12,000 whether regular days or weekend or holidays.

Those who bought in the previous years have now earned if they will sell their own lots, more like an investment. Come to think of it.. when we started, the cost of the lot is for as low as PhP 8,000. Now, the cheapest is about PhP 40,000.

New Plans, New Price

Yes, its true. St. Peter Life Plans now released the New Plans as approved by SEC and the Insurance Commission. And here are the details...

St. John

Same as the previous St.Andrew, contract price is still 110,000; annual payment is 22,000; semi-annual is 11,660; but quarterly is now 6,050; and the monthly is now 2,090.

ST. Paul

Same as the previous St.Christopher, contract price is 50,000; annual payment is 10,000; semi-annual is 5,300; quarterly is 2,700 but the monthly is now 950.

St. Francis

Same as the previous St.Dorothy but the contract price is now 34,200; annual payment is 6,840; semi-annual is 3,625; quarterly is 1,880 and the monthly is 650.

And the new thing here also is the Return of Premium (ROP) or what they called Money Back that will start at the end of the 16th year till end the 20th year, different from the previous plans (end of the 11th year till end the 15th year).

The 10 percent discount is still there for spot cash payment.

So before its too late, like some people I advised to before the increase.. BUY NA!
